Harry A. Heist, Attorney at Law
Harry Heist is the founding partner of the Law Offices of Heist, Weisse and Wolk representing a large number of property management companies, owners and investors in legal matters and filing thousands of eviction actions each year. He has evicted well over 150,000 tenants all over Florida.
Harry practices property management law. Nothing else.
Harry believes education is the key to success in property management.
One of Harry’s passions is keeping Florida a “landlord friendly” state writing and co-writing many changes to the Landlord/Tenant Act.

Harry moved to Florida in 1989 from New Jersey where he attended Rutgers University School of Law and Seton Hall University graduating with honors from both.
